He has over 20 years of experience mainly focusing on the FMCG sector, also logistics and other investments.
Throughout his years of work Youssef specialized in strategy setting, up scaling operations and marketing.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago (Chicago Booth).

Azab is Co-Founder and CEO of Seha healthcare and a member in a number of investment committees and boards.
He is a serial entrepreneur and an angel investor in both Egypt and the US and a board member at Endeavor Egypt.
He has more than 15 years of experience in managing, setting and restructuring investments and corporate turnarounds.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA in Investment Management from Washington State University, as well as an Owners President Management program from Harvard Business School.
Dr. Ali Youssef
Co-Founder and COO
Dr. Ali is a partner at Seha healthcare.
He has over 10 years of experience in business and healthcare management.
He is the founder of “City Clinic” a chain of multi-specialty clinics.
Dr. Ali holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Medicine, Master’s Degree in health economics, in addition to a certificate in Hospital and Total Quality Management from the American University in Cairo.
Chief Information Officer
Yosra is a certified SAP and Project Management professional.
She has 9+ years of leadership, Project Management, digital transformation and ERP consultancy experience.
Yosra has consulted and led different ERP SAP projects across a range of different industries.
Yosra holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Computer Science from Qatar University and a Master’s Degree of Science in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo.
Khaled El Nory
Chief HR Officer
Khaled has 10 years of experience as an HR manager.
He has extensive experience in developing HR policies and procedures, organization structures and restructuring HR functions from talent management to compensation & benefits.
Khaled holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and holds an HR Diploma from the American University in Cairo.
Head of Mergers & Acquisitions
Hamza was an analyst at Rasmala Egypt Asset Management since 2014, during his time at Rasmala Hamza was covering a number of companies in a different range of sectors, including petrochemicals, real estate, construction and healthcare.
This helped him get different perspective in valuation and analysis of diverse business models.
Currently Hamza handles M&A for the group.
Hamza holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Economics and Management from University of London and passed his CFA Level1 exam.
Supply Chain Director
Mona has more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain Operation (Procurement, Logistics, distribution and warehousing management).
She worked in many organizations like USAID, EDEN Healthcare and Misr El Kheir. In addition to her experience in hospitals like Al Salam Hospital and Cleopatra Hospital and more.
Mona is currently working on her MBA and she holds Certified Supply chain Professional Certification from APICS USA along with many more significant certificates, diplomas and extensive training courses in her field.
Ehab Abdel Hady
Ehab has over 17 years of experience in finance of which 10 were in the healthcare industry.
He has held managerial positions as a regional financial manager and financial controller in two of the largest hospital chains in Egypt, Andalusia and Cleopatra Hospitals over the past six years.
Ehab hold a Bachelor’s Degree of science in accounting from Cairo University, and an MBA from ESLSCA as well as a CHFP (Certified Healthcare Financial Professional) and a CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional).
